Philam Properties Corporation (PPC) provides corporate real estate services for Philam Life and affiliate companies by managing the company’s real estate portfolio across the Philippines from new development, commissioning, management, marketing/leasing, tenancy administration, and disposition. PPC likewise provides management services for Philam Life’s and affiliate companies’ own real estate requirements, from strategic planning to execution.
Projects
Among PPC's major construction projects are the premium-grade, 48-storey Philam Life Tower in Makati City and Philam Life office buildings in key cities of the Philippines. PPC is also the developer of the Tower Club, an exclusive membership club located in Philam Life Tower.
Under PPC's stewardship, two of Philam Life's buildings have been awarded the PEZA IT Zone Status: Philam Life IT Building, Muntinlupa City and the Philam Life Tower, Makati City in 2003 and 2007, respectively.
