The Good Life Gets Even Better
Mention “dream retirement” and immediately, visions of luxurious travels and lazy afternoon naps on a hammock come to mind. For most people, such a retirement is only a dream. But for Naty Golez, a loving wife and doting grandmother of two, this is an everyday reality.
Before retiring, Naty Golez spent twenty years as a successful businesswoman. Ever the money-savvy entrepreneur, she built a nest egg while she and her husband worked.
“We were never rich, but we’ve always been blessed,” she says with a smile. Not one to take this blessed family life for granted, she made sure they were ready for any eventuality.

“It really is a gift – spending my retirement years in different countries, immersing myself in exotic cultures, listening to foreign tongues and soaking in the adventure of it all. I plan to see more of the world while I still can… while I’m still healthy!”
What is the secret, we wonder, to such a happy and fulfilling retirement?
“I’ve been lucky, Naty simply replies, “but I’ve also prayed hard. Worked hard. And planned hard. That is the secret.”
